Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule an appointment, this can be done online or by contacting the studio directly. Enchanted Skin Studio requires a 48 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service. The same cancellation policy applies if you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment and have not contacted the studio. If you are late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling, and a fee could apply. In the case of a no call no show, 100% of the service will be charged, and a deposit will need to be paid prior to any future appointments at Enchanted Skin Studio. Please fill out and sign any forms prior to your scheduled appointment.
